Making an Internet-based appointment requires that the user's details are saved on Diacor's register. Each customer's first medical centre visit needs to be arranged via our central appointments service (tel. (09) 775 0800). Thereafter, the customer can arrange his/her appointments over the Internet: this is done by first entering one's personal ID code.
The Internet-based appointments system is available 24/7 here. The connection is provided with SSL data security. The lock icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen shows that the connection is encrypted. You can click on the lock icon to verify that the connection is with Diacor. If you wish, you can arrange to have an SMS message to be sent to your mobile phone the remind you of the appointment. When making the Internet-based appointment, be sure to follow the instructions.
In the event of being prevented from keeping your appointment, please cancel your appointment no later than on the previous day. You can do this also via the Internet. To do so, you need to retain the appointment code issued to you by the system when making the appointment (the code is shown on the last page of the appointment document). We reserve outselves the right to charge the appointment fee for appointments not cancelled or cancelled on the same day.
Please note! On arriving for your appointment, do remember to fist report at the medical centre's reception desk. This applies also to appointments arranged over the Internet.
