We are a major occupational healthcare service provider in the metropolitan area with a customer base of 4000+ companies and their combined staff of 100,000+ employees.
A network covering the metropolitan area
Our 12 medical centres are located in the metropolitan area in its major business centres. Every one of our medical centres provides occupational healthcare services, specialist physicians' services, laboratory services, and imaging services. Four of our medical centres also provide physiotherapy services. Our service offering is complemented by our day-surgery hospital, which is located in the Ruoholahti suburb of Helsinki.
Partner of company management, workplace communities, and employees
We collaborate with companies at all organisational levels. Our customers can choose to receive all occupational healthcare and workplace wellbeing services from us. We support the strategic objectives of our customer companies and leadership related to workplace wellbeing. Together with company representatives, we engage in the development of services for staff risk management and we promote staff health and employees' ability to work. Moreover, we take care of and support the speedy recovery of employees.
Staff at Diacor Wellbeing Services make use of the accumulated healthcare information on customer companies' staff and on workplace communities when planning wellbeing functions. The continuity and monitoring of support have been guaranteed in this way. Wellbeing services can also be purchased by employers who are not Diacor's occupational healthcare customers.
Nationwide partner network
We also offer occupational healthcare services on a nationwide basis through our partner network, which covers the whole of Finland. We serve companies flexibly and provide a high standard of quality throughout Finland. This service does not apply to small companies.
Hansel's general agreement's service provider
We offer our services also to public administration organisations within the metropolitan area. We were awarded the best points for quality as well as the best overall points score in a bidding competition held by Hansel.
Diacor's certified services and medical centres
NHG Audit Oy has awarded Diacor työterveyspalvelut Oy an ISO 9001:2008 standard quality certificate covering occupational healthcare along with its supporting functions.
A Finnish service provider
We are a company fully-owned by Helsingin Diakonissalaitos (Helsinki Deaconess Institute). The accumulated dividends go directly to the owner's diaconia work. They are used for purposes such as work benefiting children and families.
