The document below sets out the instructions for patients being admitted to the hospital for surgery or other treatment. You can also print out and fill in beforehand the documents for basic details included in the said attachment and can bring them with you to the hospital.
Please note: Unless a Finnish insurance company commits itself in writing to pay for the hospital treatment, the bill will be sent addressed to you.
